It has been awhile since the last time I shared with you how I used the stamp sets from Kellie Stamps. Ah well, the school is out! Arrgh.. I am busier than usual since the boys are home from day to night and more outdoor activities which mean I am kept away from my desk more than I’d want to.
I had these 2 weeks of Project Life done for awhile now but only got around to snap photos, edit and put together a blog post until now. My bad. Still, I hope that you will enjoy what you see here!

As usual, I preferred to have large photos in my Project Life and coupled with little (but IMPORTANT) elements to complete the finish look. After a round of stamping on photos, it was clear that I have lots of room for improvement.

In the latest Kellie Stamps released this month, I so love the many hash tags stamps from But First and many more from This Is My Jam. For this particular photo that I stamped on, I kind of screwed up on the stamped image, putting too much pressure on one side that caused that squashed out look on the ‘YOU’. And after some nail biting and hair pulling session, I decided to go with the mess and tried to mend it the best that I could. Ahem.. I chose to close one eye and moved on LOL. I could have thrown that photo into the bin, reprint a new one and try my luck to get the stamping nicely done. Instead, I embraced the imperfection and focus on the cute boy with his pouting lips. Ha! :p

And I was delighted to find label stamps in the new release – This is My Jam! I practically stamped tons and tons of them, in different colors, trimmed them down and put them aside. These labels are very useful for journaling as well as stamping in words and layer them on top of photos.
